- Boys and Girls Home of North Carolina (provides services to meet the needs of vulnerable children)
- Cape Fear Literacy Council (provides individualized adult literacy services)
- Wilmington Area Rebuilding Ministry (provides help to low-income homeowners to have a safe place to live, such as leaky roofs, broken heating systems, etc.)
- Lower Cape Fear Life Care Foundation (respite campaign)

In addition to charity care, Delaney Radiology participates with local health departments, hospitals and breast cancer foundations to provide free or reduced priced mammograms.
